Mr. Rahul Choudhary is the Proprietor & Founder of Legalbylaw (Law Firm) registered in Delhi. He is an alumnus of Pune University, Maharashtra. He started his career as a Practicing Lawyer at Delhi and has enormous experience not only as an Advocate before various Courts of Delhi but also is a very successful Advisor and Consultant and has specialization in issues arising out of Family Law, Human Rights Law, Consumer Protection, etc. He has also extensively worked is the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) which includes Arbitration and Mediation and had successfully resolved numerous legal disputes between the conflicting parties. He has substantial experience in the areas which require immense concentration inclusive of Civil Law, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Banking Law, Real Estate Law, Environmental Law, and matters related to Intellectual property and Negotiable instruments Act and many more.
